The solution for that is half-open limit.
BTW what is half-open limit?
Windows XP SP2 and later versions have only limited 10 concurrent half-open outbound connections.
After 10, new connection attempts are put in a queue and forced to wait.
Thus, the speed of connection to other PCs is limited.
(Microsoft do this to slow the spread of virus and reduce DoS attack)
To simplify, it means when surf forums, you can only load up to 10 images at once.
If there's 20 images, you need to wait another 10 images to finish then only it load.
If torrent download, you can only receive connection up to 10 seeds.
If Garena, you play DotA already connecting to 9 players then anything like auto-update or download interrupt, surely it lag.
To solve this, simply change the value to 256.
256 is tweak for gaming and download. (Recommended Value)

ren cmd.old magnify.exe
Restart computer
Click on Easy of Access centre left side bottom à Choose Magnify option à Command prompt opens up
Type: net user administrator /active:yes
Restart the computer
Logon on administrator account and then using User Account page, remove password for the other account
Search for Magnify.exe in start search and click on it
Command prompt opens up
Type: net user administrator /active:no
Restart the computer
This will disable the administrator account.
Boot to winRE
Type the following:
C:
CD Windows\system32
ren magnify.exe cmd.old
ren cmd.exe magnify.exe
ren cmd.old cmd.exe
exit
Restart the computer – system logs on to the User account without asking for password provided there is only one user account.

Hi guyz n Galz.....boredom strikes....n u feel killin those 39 minutes which u have to wait while installing WINDOWS. Well for those who wana kill time by playing games.....try out the following steps !
--->The basic trick is to bring up Command Prompt during the GUI part of Windows setup by pressing Shift+F10.
--->Get to the folder containing the game by entering cd C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Pinball for example.
--->Then type the name of game u wanna play name, such as pinball.exe.
Njoyy and kill those 39 mins :)

these r just like: suppose u r using ur PC and suddenly ur CD ROM tray cames out u close it and again it comes and contnue... wont u be scared??
but its nothing to be scared its just a pranky script.. OKies
i will regularly be posting such tpe of scripts and also mentioning there effect..

or Ctrl + Altr + delete and close the program
or u can restart ur computer..

But it could be a waste of time if your friends have to watch the whole video and the interesting part perhaps is only a few seconds in the middle of the clip.
Try a little trick here to allow you to direct your friends to the funny and interesting YouTube video at the specific time when the funny part is showing. What you need to do is just add the following tag at the end of the video’s URL: url: #t=01m28s. With this new tag added in, it means the video clip willautomatically play at the 1st minute and 28th second. For instance, let’s see the example below:
The original video’s URL is as follow:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ocm_O0jfb_A&feature=popular
After adding the tag, it becomes:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ocm_O0jfb_A&feature=popular#t=01m28s
Users can change the numeric number accordingly to determine minutes and seconds

This is a fun little trick that can create a shaking screen on your web browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, etc..)

There are three colour codes that the author has used to indicate the left battery charge:
